Some love an apartment in a large and busy hotel in the center of things and some prefer a quiet villa on the outskirts of the forest. An active and action-filled vacation is the dream of some vacationers, while others are interested in peace, tranquility, and the sound of birds.

To choose the dream home that will best meet your needs, and also fit your budget, take a few minutes and answer the following questions for yourself:
Location:
- Is the house located in the area where you want to travel? - Is the house near water? Is there a beach or a lake nearby? - What is the size of the house and its yard? - What is the distance from the center of the nearest city? - What is the distance from the nearest grocery store? - What are the access routes to the house: road, boat, etc. - What characterizes the neighborhood: isolated, busy? Safe for small children? - Is there parking and for how many cars? - Is there cell phone reception in the area?

- Is the kitchen equipped with all the appliances and accessories you need? - Are there basic food items in the apartment such as: coffee, tea, sugar, salt? - How many bedrooms and how many beds are in the apartment and what types of beds: single beds, doubles, bunk beds, sofa bed, etc. - Do you receive linens and towels? - How many bathrooms are in the apartment and what is their content? Shower, bathtub, jacuzzi? - Does the apartment have heating, air conditioning, electricity, running water, telephone, TV, cable, video? - Are there barbecue accessories? - Is there a washing machine and clothes dryer in the apartment? If not, are there laundry services in the immediate vicinity? - Are there board games in the house for rainy days?

- What is the rental price per week? - Is the price determined by the number of people or per house? - What are the means of payment? Credit card, check, cash - Is a security deposit required? - How and when is the deposit returned? - What is included in the price, are there additions such as: taxes, linens, electricity, final cleaning, etc.? - What is the cancellation policy and what is the fee involved in cancellation?
Weather Conditions:
- Is the weather warm enough for swimming? - When is the sea in the area stormy? - What is the mosquito and fly season in the area? - Is it cheaper to rent the house at another time of the year? - What clothes should you bring with you? - Are there sharp differences in the weather between morning and night?
Boats:
- Can you reach the house by boat? - Is there a pier near the house? - Can a boat be rented nearby? - Are there restrictions regarding water activities, such as: motorboats, jet skis?
Swimming:
- Does the house have an adjacent beach? Is it safe for swimming or diving? - What type of beach is closest? Sandy, with grass, rocky? - Is the water shallow or deep? - Is the beach suitable for children? Is there swimming equipment in the apartment: life jackets, air mattresses, rings? Enjoying Nature: - Where can you travel in the immediate vicinity? Scenic tours, camping, hiking trails, national parks? - Is there a tourist information center in the immediate vicinity? - Can you meet animals in the wild in the area? - What is the view from the house? Can you watch the sunset or sunrise from the yard? - Does the house have a garden or balcony with garden furniture?
Safety:
- What is the distance to the nearest hospital? - Is there a smoke detector in the apartment? - Are there steep stairs in the apartment? - Is the house suitable for families with small children?
Miscellaneous:
- What is the check-in and check-out time? - When and where can the keys to the house be received? - Is smoking allowed in the house? - Are pets allowed?
