♦ Routes (free): Detailed travel itineraries in USA

"Wine Country" is located about 80 km north of San Francisco. In this area, which stretches from the town of Napa to Calistoga, many picturesque wineries are concentrated, producing California's finest table wines. In most wineries, you can take guided tours that include wine tasting, either free of charge or for a nominal fee. Most of the wineries are concentrated along Highway 29, featuring views of low hills covered with vineyards throughout its length.

Visiting Wineries

For those visiting San Francisco, it is recommended to take a wine tasting tour from the city to wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valley, which includes transportation and pickup from several hotels. The advantage of such a tour is that you don't have to drive, so you can drink and taste wines.
