General Information

Dominica is a green, mountainous island abundant with water and vegetation in the southeastern part of the Caribbean islands and is known as the "Nature Island." On the island, which is 29 miles long and 16 miles wide, there are 365 rivers (one for every day of the year) and a wealth of waterfalls and lakes. On the island, there are several extinct volcanoes and several dormant volcanoes, and it has natural hot springs where you can bathe.
