Trip planning for the USA and a Caribbean cruise

Dear Sigalit,
We returned from another amazing trip you planned for us. From experience, we already know to read the detailed plan over and over every day and not miss any tip or golden recommendation of yours. New York was cool and wonderful - we managed to go ice skating at Rockefeller, watch Hamilton, and even crossed the Brooklyn Bridge on foot and checked out all the great stores you wrote about. In Orlando, we strictly followed the order of days and managed to do everything, big parks and smaller attractions, which were no less worthy. The hotel location was amazing. We had many things within a maximum 15-minute walk in every direction. We even returned to it on the last morning for small final errands in the area. The organized trip to the Kennedy Space Center was very successful, the pickup was across from the hotel - it was the only day in the whole trip, including New York, that was rainy and it was a perfect fit! The kids said the roller coasters at Sea World were the best of all, just as you promised. You’ll be proud of us - we didn’t go to any Disney park!!! But we did go to the circus and Disney Springs, exactly as planned - it was great.
As you recommended, we booked a hotel for one night for the fast pass (Express) in the parks (because I didn't know if we would fly until the last minute, I didn't buy tickets in advance and this was the only way to get a fast pass). We took only a small toiletry bag and stayed to sleep there for the experience - camping in Orlando :-).
The kids ranked the parks like this: First place - Epic (Epic Universe) because of the Nintendo area and the game with the watches - for their age it's a bullseye, they loved it. It pushed Universal Studios to second place, which was also very successful, and Islands of Adventure to third place.
Volcano Bay is very cumbersome to reach - really crazy, with shuttles from the parking lot. Very early the park reaches full capacity and they don't let people in, even though I had Express tickets with a date for that day, they didn't let us in - they refunded us on the spot, but you can skip it. We gained half a day at a great outlet you recommended. Aquatica and the water park of the cruise at CocoCay were definitely sufficient.
And the cruise - wow the cruise, the kids haven't landed from that cloud yet - lucky we moved New York to the beginning of the trip - you can't compete with the cruise at all. After it, there's nothing!

We finished our wonderful 8-day vacation in Taiwan last night - it was truly great!!!
Taiwan turned out to be a wonderful destination for a trip and vacation.
On one hand - the East with all its implications and uniqueness with enchanting authenticity, and on the other hand - completely "Western" - advanced, modern, clean, quiet, organized, and very aesthetic!
An optimal combination of East and West just the way we like it!!
A destination that must be put on the map before the Chinese take over and it's unclear what will happen there...
The plan - as usual - was excellent and suitable for our interests, the fast pace, the budget, and the requested level that you already know well.
With you, we are as organized as can be!

Hi Sigalit,
We returned from the great trip to Northern Italy that you planned for us. We had many sunny days and few rainy days, in which we utilized successful attractions you recommended for rainy days - Aquardens near Verona - a must! We were also at the hot springs in Sirmione - very successful (and a minute's walk from the hotel) but Verona wins - the kids felt like they were in a water park.
The day in Modena was perfect including a very successful tour of a Parmesan production farm. The balsamic for small groups is right in the old city of Modena (lovely!!! we explored it thoroughly) and includes a shop and an adjacent lecture room with several barrels and an explanation. We tasted balsamic and of course purchased in a variety of flavors.
We took advantage of a particularly sunny day for a trip around Lake Garda - we managed all the places you listed - it was a wonderful day!
On Saturday when Gardaland was planned, it was very rainy all day (the only day that was like that in the whole trip, in the rest it was a maximum of half a day and not such quantities) we swapped plans and were at the Aquarium and the Il Leone mall - an excellent day!
We went ahead and went to Gardaland which opened on Friday afternoon and luckily there was a full rain break from noon - it's very special there in the evening and in the dark. For Halloween, there is Scary Friday there with scary characters and a dance party - completely different from the morning and very recommended. Of course, we went additionally for a full day on the sunny Monday.
The kids really, really loved the knights' dinner with the show. In any case, in both parks there were no queues at all and the kids did every ride many times to their great joy 😊
On the last day, we left Sirmione early because the kids wanted another day in Venice, they were really enthusiastic about it.
The hotels were very, very successful. I got a good shuttle company from the hotel in Sirmione and I had a lot of flexibility in planning and only for the two days of Modena and Lake Garda I took a private driver from them. The rest according to reading.
Again, you succeeded greatly!

We returned from the trip you planned for us to Alsace and Europa Park - it was perfect!
Living in Colmar and doing a star-trip from there was a bullseye! And also the apartment was more than excellent. The kids loved Colmar and the wine route, with all the animal parks in it, no less than Europa Park - can you believe it?
We also managed to combine activities in the Black Forest from the selection you gave in the plan on the way there and back:
On the way there it snowed at the Todtnau slides - we were there alone and without queues - a crazy experience. The whole way up the mountain was completely snowy - an amazing view. We ate lunch in Freiburg. On the return day, it was a sunny and wonderful day and we were at the very successful Black Forest Open Air Museum.
In short, again you planned a wonderful trip for us.

How are you?
I haven't had a chance to thank you for the perfect planning of the trip to Denmark.
We had an unexpected trip immediately after it during the holidays and two days after we returned, life here turned upside down and became different. Still, we'll try to reconstruct what happened.
So... it was great!!!
The Eric Vökel apartment hotel in Copenhagen was amazing both in terms of the spacious and modern apartment level, in a lovely design, and in the location on the main train station and also on a metro station right below it.
We had perfect weather all week, 22-23 degrees without a drop of rain during the day, so we managed many attractions you listed and they were all spot on!
In Lalandia it was more than perfect. The place itself and the water park and the location - we didn't want to go home at all.
Legoland in Denmark after Legoland Germany which was the peak of the trip last year was less impressive. But Lego House was amazing, we spent a whole day there and it was hard to leave at closing.
We were also at WOW Park - which is advertised on signs throughout the resort and on the route of the free circular bus. Highly recommended - it's an experiential park inside a large and natural forest with facilities between the trees, great slides, and bonfires for heating marshmallows and popcorn independently - we were there for a whole day.

Sigalit, I want to thank you for planning a cruise trip that worked like clockwork (and not for the first time). Your recommendation for Celebrity was a real hit. This is an amazing company with a service consciousness I've never encountered before. Pamper, pamper, pamper. Literally. 9 nights of pure pleasure without anything to complain about... Norway's fjords are so beautiful and the combination of a luxurious ship and successful docking destinations was a winning combination. And of course, thank you for the shore excursions you recommended which were lovely one by one. The tours were 10, very successful, significantly cheaper compared to the tours offered by the ship and we also managed to do more things. The Segway tour in Bergen was particularly wonderful. So thank you again for taking a dream and fulfilling it for us in the best possible way. And by the way, also the agent Adi Fogel that we reached through you gave us excellent service and more.

The moment we decided we were going on a trip to New Zealand, the first thing we did was call you and tell you we had a challenge - to organize a trip of almost a month to New Zealand within a month and a half during the most touristy period.
Of course you answered the challenge and succeeded with your amazing talent to know exactly what we want and what is important to us, where the emphasis of course was on nature, nature and more nature and that it would be full of activities for a particularly active couple with two children who are experienced hikers.

Hi Sigalit how are you? We are on the flight to New York now and basically the part of the trip you planned for us has ended.
This is the time to thank you very much for all the help, the detailed answers, the excellent files that helped us very, very much, the excellent recommendations and mainly thanks for the flexibility in the route changes we made twice during the way.
Thanks to you we had thank God a successful, diverse and interesting trip.
There were many unexpected events on the way like a fire we got caught in in Ashland as part of the crazy fires in Oregon, the cancellation of Yosemite because of the heat and moving to Highway 1 etc. but the change only contributed to the trip and the kids and we enjoyed it very much.
We would be happy to recommend you to friends.
If you have a serious kosher-keeping couple with a certificate etc. who wants to get detailed information from us about kosher food in the places we were and ways of hosting on Saturdays in the Jewish community, you are welcome to happily pass them my mobile number and I would be happy to give them information and help. I wanted to thank you for the stunning trip, the route was perfect, tailored exactly to our needs, the plan was detailed down to the last detail, no words to thank you.
I wanted to update you on a few stops during the trip:
*In the Basilica in Montreal there is an amazing light show (Aura), highly recommended, we've been to many cathedrals in the world, we haven't seen anything like this.
*The BioDome is entirely closed for renovations, except for the botanical gardens.
*In Mont Tremblant rain caught us, it was more of a rest day, the kids enjoyed the luge even rain didn't stop them, (really worthy attraction as you wrote).
*In the 1000 Islands I didn't find a suitable hotel from what you recommended, I booked a hotel on the American side, without prior knowledge that there are two sides, nothing happened we were delayed a bit in immigration in the end it was worth it.
*In Ottawa after performing your plan, we decided to go on a cruise in the Rideau Canal. Big mistake, you don't see anything special.
*Niagara Falls we enjoyed very much, only I think one night is enough.
To summarize the trip:
Canada is very beautiful, left us with a taste for more...

We arrived in Lisbon last night, after 10 days in the Azores. It was wonderful! Everything worked according to the plan, we experienced nature in full glory, enjoyed the people, the food, the peace, the infinite beauty. This of course made us want more. So maybe when we arrive next time for a trip on the mainland we'll also hop to São Jorge, Flores and Corvo. Meanwhile, we have a few more nice and relaxed days in Lisbon. Even if late, here are our impressions from the visit to Slovenia: Overall, we acted quite according to your recommendations. We didn't leave the FAMILY VILLA, and from it we went out every day to the various sites. We didn't cross into Austria and didn't go as far as Terme Čatež. The kids really enjoyed the water park in Ljubljana and also the Postojna cave. We didn't imagine that the cave site was so crowded and the order in the place is worthy of note. It might be worthwhile to recommend visitors to the site to purchase tickets in advance. The villa we lived in is indeed excellent in terms of location, equipment, number of rooms (the kids, every night slept in a different place) also the landlady is very friendly. We traveled on the motorail train and enjoyed it. It truly requires appropriate organization but, we arrived first in line (most of which were families from Israel). To summarize: short and to the point, Slovenia is very impressive in its offering and infrastructure. Your recommendations are excellent and I hope and am sure we'll continue to use you in the future. Thank you very much and Happy New Year

The uniqueness of Sigalit's service is that she allows her clients first and foremost to save precious time. Additionally, due to Sigalit's vast experience with many families, she brings with her the "wisdom of the crowds"... she already knows what works and what doesn't, which flight will suit which family composition, which sites will provide a response and when it's about less realistic dreams :-)

Three trip plans: Hawaii, Cruise, and Mexico

The first time we went on a trip planned by Sigalit was to Hawaii 3 years ago, and that's after we read her guide to Hawaii and understood that she knows the place and it can save us time and hesitations, the experience was simply wonderful, we got to taste the best of Honolulu and Maui and enjoyed every moment. Following this success we "traveled with her" also for a Bar Mitzvah trip combined with a Caribbean cruise two years ago. Note that this is a cruise we did several years earlier but we had no idea what are the successful attractions in every port where the ship stops and this time we made the most of the cruise like tubing in Jamaica and like swimming with dolphins in Cozumel. Last fall Sigalit planned a vacation for us in Mexico and it was simply a dream. It's just so much more efficient and convenient to have someone to consult with and you can plan the trip properly and not miss anything. She also always offers more things than can be managed so you can always choose and do at our own pace.

Hello Sigalit,
Yesterday we returned from the trip in the United States. We wanted to thank you for the detailed and professional planning, the trip plan you prepared accompanied us daily, the tips are excellent, and the precise locations you noted helped us very much to navigate and orient ourselves everywhere.
(We used two programs – Waze and also Here We Go for navigation inside the cities, which were excellent.)
The hotels we chose with your help were very comfortable, the service was excellent.
Surprised for the better was the hotel in Niagara Falls, where we were assigned a room with an amazing view, the hotel in Montreal was nice and special – but if you recommend it in the future, it's worth mentioning that the rooms are very small and crowded, (especially after we got used to the spacious rooms in the United States) and that there is no parking there, despite what's promised on the site.
In short, it was fun, an amazing experience, that the early and detailed planning helped very much to exhaust it as much as possible.
We would be happy to be in touch towards the next trip.........

We returned from an amazing trip!!!! Everything was wonderful and clicked as it should...
Thank you for all the help, support, planning, useful advice and tips!
Everything was in the right dose, diverse, and full, full of experiences for the children and for the whole family.
The hotels were excellent, in the villa in Orlando it was very fun and in the cruise it was amazing!! (The idea of 2 internal rooms with a connecting door was excellent).
We did all the possible attractions: in New York - cruise to the Statue of Liberty, observation from the high tower near Ground Zero, Lion King (stunning!!), carriage in the Amish, all activities in Hershey including making personal chocolate, all attractions in Niagara including the giant wheel, in Orlando we were at the Space Center, at Sea World, at Magic Kingdom (stunning!!!) and at Universal including Express for all rides which was excellent and very useful. Things we booked from Israel helped a lot and shortened lines.
In the cruise we indulged in all the pleasures on the ship - in Haiti we did the amazing zip-line, in Jamaica we went around with Mark Morris who was excellent and took us to amazing places, in Cayman we swam with stingrays and in Cozumel we swam with dolphins.
In short - perfect!!!!
A tiny note - the last tour in the coal mine (don't remember where it is already) leaves at 15:00 and not at 17:00.
Now we are trying to return to reality and routine slowly....slowly......

After a long period that we didn't go abroad we decided to fly to Holland. We read a lot of material but didn't manage to formulate a plan. I wrote on Google "help for planning a trip abroad" and Sigalit's name came up. A phone call that lasted about an hour, many questions from Sigalit and she created a plan for a week exactly suitable for us, nature, landscapes, shopping and staying in a holiday village.
One of the things that helped most are the addresses she noted for each destination that can be loaded to the GPS. The recommendations were wonderful, including tips on where to park and what's worth seeing at each site. We returned to Israel and routine charged with experiences we remembered again and again. Thank you Sigalit for your help and great contribution. People might say why need it there's everything in the computer, I say for this there are experts, a pity to spend a lot of money for a trip and feel that we didn't exhaust the place we traveled to.

Want to recommend an amazing apartment on the Hollywood Walk of Fame - HEAVEN OF FAME
Appears of course in booking.com, we finished the trip there and it was wonderful because the apartment had everything and it's spacious and its location is amazing and also there is a gym and pool in the complex and in the apartment a dryer and washing machine included in the price (returned without laundry:) and there's a supermarket 2 minutes away and it was nice to cook a bit for the kids.
The recommendation to buy a fast pass in the parks was very important - thanks. Luck!!! that I took in all parks a ticket without a line - it's crazy what's happening there mainly in Universal - for my taste - no point in arriving without it - simply a nightmare.
Zion and Bryce parks were breathtaking - we were sorry we didn't have additional time to stay there - Lake Powell and the town of Page are amazing - we took the kayak trip there which I must emphasize is not easy - not easy physical effort and we are a family of athletes... but a must to reach there!
The tour in Lower Antelope is stunning....
In short, there is no end to the wonders in this dreamland.
Without you we wouldn't have reached there.
So again - many thanks. Sure I'll return to you in the future.
